Binger- Graveside services for Lee Thomas Nance, 62, of Binger will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2000 in the Binger Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Nelson officiating.

Viewing will be held until 9 p.m. tonight at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home of Hinton, Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home, and from noon to 2 p.m. in the Binger Cemetery.

Nance was born October 18, 1937 in Anadarko to Lonnie and Ora Bell [Patterson] Nance and died Monday, February 21, 2000 at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Zachery Thomas Nance, and nine brothers and sisters.

He attended Binger and Anadarko schools.

He married the former Vera Walton May 13, 1957 in Oklahoma City.

He had lived in and around Binger most of his life.

Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons, Glen Earl Nance of Binger and Michael Lee Nance of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one daughter, Connie Fretz of Binger; four grandchildren, Clarissa Wilkerson and Elaine Fretz, both of Binger, and Johnathan Nance and Jessica Nance, both of Fort Lauderdale; one great-granddaughter, Katelynn Wilkerson of Binger; one sister Betty Lynn of Binger, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services will be under the direction of the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.

Vera A. Nance was born on July 28, 1942 in Sasakwa, OK to Earl and Ella Mae [Barker] Walton. She passed away on August 28, 2021 at her home in Binger, OK at the age of 79.

Vera grew up in OKC, OK and in the Walnut Grove area.

Survivors include: her children, Michael Lee Nance of Binger, OK and Connie Nance of Binger, OK, her grandchildren, Clarissa Miller and husband Jayme of Anadarko, OK, Elaine Arnold of Okeene, OK, Jonathan Nance, and Jessica Nance both of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren, her sisters, Erlene Whitehead of Del City, OK, Gracie Morgan of OKC,OK, and her brother, Jimmie Walton of Binger, OK, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Vera was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Ella Mae Walton, her husband, one son, Glen Nance, Lee Nance, her grandson, Zachary Thomas Nance, her great grandson, Royce Lee Arnold, 1 brother, and 4 sisters.
