Anna Mae [Howe] Haskell
October 9, 1917 ~ April 6, 2011


Anna Mae Haskell, 93, of Binger, Oklahoma was called home by the Lord on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at her home in Binger. Anna was born October 9, 1917 in Gracemont, Oklahoma to Arthur & Lottie Mae [Benjamine] Howe.

She attended the Old Britton School.

Anna was united in marriage to Joe Elmer Haskell in 1938 in Oklahoma City. From this union was born 4 sons.

Anna Mae enjoyed cooking, having family visits, going to church and loved gospel music. Her greatest love was for her family.

Anna was a member of the Binger Baptist Church and very active in the Ruth Sunday School Class. Anna will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Anna is survived by her four sons: Billie Joe Haskell of Chickasha, Oklahoma; Rex Frances Haskell, Gary Don Haskell & Dallas K. Haskell all of Binger, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Joe Haskell & Erica, Craig Haskell & wife, LaDonna, Dale Haskell & wife, Jayne, Krystal Louthan & husband, Cory, Heath Haskell & wife, Deonna, Jandi Haskell & Jarrod Haskell, Amber Haskell, Glenn Haskell & wife, Miranda, Jeffery Allen Haskell & wife, Andrea, Lacriesha Michelle Haskell, Joshua Haskell, the daughter she never had, Lisa Williams, just like a grandson, Robby Robertson, 2 special caregivers: Shelly Johnson & Debbie Haskell; 18 great grandchildren & 3 great great grandchildren; three brothers: Arthur Howe, Jr & wife, Margie of Chickasha, Oklahoma; Alfred Howe & wife, Barbara of Binger, Oklahoma & Billy Gene Howe & wife, Mildred of Culver, Oregon; one sister, Faye King of Binger, Oklahoma; and her special dog, BEAR, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brother, Frank Howe, 4 sisters: Maxine Shepherd, Thelma Jo James, Hattie Louise Rider & Gladys Raines.

Funeral services: 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 8, 2011 at the Church of God, Binger, Oklahoma. Rev. Phil Ratliff & Rev. Ron Nelson will officiate.

Burial to follow in the Murray Cemetery, Binger, Oklahoma under the direction of Binger Funeral Home, Binger, Oklahoma.
