Jean Louise [Davis] Anderson

Jean Louise Anderson, 59, Anadarko resident passed away Saturday, September 7, 2002, at the home of Jerry Case in Marland, Oklahoma, after a lengthy illness.

Jean was born August 7, 1943, to Asa Franklin Davis and Mabel Neely in Tonkawa, Oklahoma.

She attended school in Tonkawa and was a member of the Tonkawa First Assembly of God. Jean loved to sing, crochet, and spend time with her grandchildren.

Following the graveside service there will be a luncheon at Bruce McCarroll's home for those who attend. A side dish will be appreciated.

Survivors include: 1 son: Bruce McCarroll and wife Pat, Anadarko, Oklahoma; 3 daughters: Shelley Bare, Apache, Oklahoma, Tricia Conover, Shawnee, Oklahoma, Stephanie Stone, Tecumseh, Oklahoma; 1 brother: Ralph Davis, Tonkawa, Oklahoma; 3 sisters: Thelma Haney, Tonkawa, Oklahoma, Rosie King, Tonkawa, Oklahoma, Violet Maag, Tonkawa, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren: Pat, Brent, Samantha, Brandi, and Joni; host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Special friends: Roy and Elaine Goodman, Joyce Hobgood, Laquita Mooder, Lorna Davis Brad and Lynn Short.

She is preceded in death by her husband, 1 brother, Asa Davis, Sr.

Funeral services: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2002, Smith- Hackney Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment: Memory Lane Cemetery, Anadarko, Oklahoma; officiated by: Rev. Bill Tomlin. Under the direction of Smith-Hackney Funeral Home, Anadarko, Oklahoma.
