Mary Jane Allison

Services for Mrs. Mary Jane Allison, 95, who lived at Silvercrest Manor, 307 West Washington, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday (30-Sep- 1969) in the Virginia Avenue Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Memory Lane Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Chapel.

Born 25-Jan-1874 in Dent county, Mo., Mrs. Allison died Friday (26-Sep- 1969) in Silvercrest Manor.

Preceded in death by her husband (John Cecil Allison) and one daughter (Lula Ellen Allison Callahan), Mrs. Allison has lived in the Anadarko area since 1914.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Minnie Chapman of Grove (Ok.), Mrs. Dicia Dumonte of Rose Meade, Calif., Mrs. Dora Davis of Shaffer, Calif., and Mrs. Martha Sturgell and Mrs. Faye Sikes, both of Anadarko; five sons, William of Powell, Mo., Alfred of Universal City, Tx., and John, Alva and Cecil of Anadarko; 54 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

(NOTE: Mrs. Mary Jane Buffer Allison was the daughter of Frederick and Margery Ellen (Karnes) Bougher/Buffer. Frederick Bougher/Buffer is buried in the Weber Cemetery at Anutt, Dent county, Mo. and Margery Ellen (Karnes) Bougher/Buffer is buried in the Verden Cemetery at Verden, Grady county, Ok.)
