Whaley Rites At Fort Cobb

Funeral services for Herman J. Whaley, 64, of Oklahoma City were held at 2:00 p.m. last Friday at the Fort Cobb cemetery. He died Wednesday at St. Anthony's Hospital, Oklahoma City.

Whaley had been a resident of Oklahoma City since 1960, when he moved there from Fort Cobb. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his widow, Ruby of Oklahoma City; one son, Lawrence of Blanchard; four daughter, Mrs. Joyce Brant of Lawton, Mrs. Geraldine Punneo of Sacramento, Calif., Mrs. Glenda Harrell of Blanchard and Mrs. Ann Dinwiddie of Moore; three brothers, Herbert, Paul and Lois, all of Fort Cobb; two sisters, Mrs. Fay Housley of Hayward, Calif., and Mrs. Edna Buford of Sacova, N.M.; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
