F.I. Rogers Dies Suddenly In Fort Cobb May 2

F.I. Rogers, 67, died suddenly at 3:00 p.m. May 2, as he was on his way home from town in Fort Cobb. He had been in failing health for about three years.

Born in Johnson county, Texas, June 21, 1875, Mr. Rogers was married to Miss Lena Davis at Alvarado, Texas in 1894. To them three children were born, two of whom have passed away.

The family came to Stephens county, Oklahoma in 1909 and moved north of Fort Cobb in 1927.

Survivors besides the widow are a son, Luther Rogers, Fort Cobb; four grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Meada Dale of El Reno.
