© Carnegie Herald Carnegie, Oklahoma Wednesday, April 4, 1973 Jewell Edra [Whaley] Cadell Jewell E. Whaley Cadell was employed 39 years as a cook for the Fort Cobb school system. She had been a resident of Caddo county since she was 12 years old. She married George W. Cadell September 7, 1921, at Anadarko. He preceded her in death in December of 1961. Mother of Lloyd of Duncan, Floyd of Marlow, George of Oklahoma City; Norma Floyd of Moore and June Killian of Oklahoma City. Sister of Herbert Whaley, Anadarko; Herman, Oklahoma City; Paul and Lewis Whaley, both of Fort Cobb; Faye Housley of Hayward, CA and Edna Buford of Soccorro, N.M.
