Alvin Lendo Lee "Al" Bray

Alvin Lendo Lee Bray, 86, of Carnegie, OK, passed away on Tuesday, February 11th, 2014 at the Carnegie Tri-Couty Municipal Hospital.

He was born on May 28th, 1927, to Claude Lando Irwin and Ella [Simms] Bray, in Stigler, OK.

Alvin loved square dancing and played music in the band. He performed all over South west Oklahoma.

Alvin lived in Oklahoma City for a time and played music with Conway Twitty

He worked for Kenworth Trucking Company fpr a number of years, and also had his own garage doing auto mechanic work.

Alvin moved to Carnegie in the early 80's where he built his own house. He Resided in Carnegie OK, untuk his passing.

Survivors include his two sons, Michael Bray and wife, Diane, Maysville OK, Jerry Bray and wife, Cori, Moore, OK, two daughters, Doni Chambers and husband, Calvin, New Castle, OK, Patricia Bagwell and husbans, Marc, Moore, OK. step-daughter, Rhonda Turner, Yukon, OK, eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Joyce Bray.

Graveside Services: 1:00 pm, Friday, February 14, 2014 at Fort Cobb Cemetery, Fort Cobb, OK under the direction of Ray & Martha's Guneral Home, Carnie, OK.

Joyce Elizabeth [McRae] Bray

Joyce Elizabeth Bray, 77, of Carnegie, OK passed away Wednesday, January 01, 2014 in Oklahoma City, OK.

She was born to Willie Jefferson and Gladys [Haas] McRae December 13, 1936 in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma.

]She graduated from Fort Cobb High School in 1954.

Joyce worked for the County for over twenty years, and also worked for White Trucks for sometime also.

She is survived by her husband, Alvin L. Bray, Carnegie, OK, one daughter, Rhonda Jo Turner, Yukon, OK and friend, Bobby D. Hightower, Blanchard, OK, five nephews, Jeffrey McRae, Keith McRae, James McRae, John McRae and Todd McRae, three nieces, Levina Wade, Susan Allen, Daphne Tharoldsen,

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Carol McRae and Johnny Franklin McRae, two sister-in-laws, Rhoda Jean McRae and Darlene McRae.

Funeral Services: 11:00a.m., Saturday, January 04, 2013 at Ray & Martha's Chapel, Carnegie, OK.

Burial will follow at Fort Cobb Cemetery, Fort Cobb, OK under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home, Carnegie
