She was preceded in death by her sister, Cathy Rorapough & mother, Blanche Parton. She is survived by a son, Ted Heckerman; a daughter, Gina Martinez & husband Richard & granddaughter, Dorothy Ellyese; a brother, Doyle Parton. Elva had recently retired from civil service at Tinker AFB and Okla. Air National Guard. Viewing 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday at Crews Funeral Home in Apache. Graveside service will be Monday, Apr 21, 2:00 p.m, at Fairview Cemetery in Apache, Ok. |
