1897 ~ April 24, 1987


APACHE, Okla. - Pauline Bird, 89, former Amarillo resident, died Thursday.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Apache Cemetery by Fort Cobb Funeral Home of Fort Cobb.

Mrs. Bird, an Amarillo resident for 20 years before moving to Apache, was a housewife and a member of Apache Baptist Church.

She was married to Jack Bird in 1948 in Amarillo. He died in 1962.

Survivors include three stepchildren; a sister, Mrs. Given Hudgins of Apache; three grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
