Oklahoma City, Oklahoma October 2016 November 16, 1976 ~ October 7, 2016 Funeral Services for Kara L. Coffman, 39, Apache, OK died on October 7, 2016 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born on November 16, 1976 in Lawton, OK to Regina Parker-Longhat of Apache, OK and Melvin Longhat. Funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Comanche Community Building, Apache, OK with Pastor Lynn Munoz officiating. Burial will follow at Cache Creek Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Anadarko, OK She was married on December 16, 1996 to Jared K. Coffman. She graduated from Boone-Apache High School in Boone, OK. She was a stay at home mom, sometimes sub at the Apache High School as a cook. She LOVED her Baylee Marie, B.B., and teasing Baby Lisa. She also loved watching OU Football, Urban Cowboy, Once Upon A Time, going to her boys football games and events, baking, crafting, decorating for birthday parties, holidays, and special occasions. She loved Larry Bird #33 for the Boston Celtics basketball team. She loved spending time with her kids, husband, and family. She was a member of the Caddo Tribe and Comanche Nation. She is Survived by husband Jared K. Coffman of the home, one daughter Michelle Longhat of Apache, three sons Daniel, Dustin, Dayton all of the Home, mother Regina L. Longhat of Apache, OK, mother-in-law Sheila Coffman of Apache, sister Erin "Dawndi" Paddyaker spouse Kevin Paddyaker of Cache, OK, niece Baylee M. Paddyaker, nephew Kerry E. Paddyaker of Cache, OK. Aunt Lisa LookingGlass and spouse Kenny LookingGlass. She is proceeded in death by her father, Melvin K. Longhat, brother, Francis John "FJ" Longhat, grandparents Esther Parker, Daniel "Bill" and Eleanor [Beaver] Longhat; great- grandparents: Ahway and Len Parker; and great-great-grandparents: Maddicome and Semeno.
