Weldon Fuller
1934 ~ 2015


Weldon Fuller, 81, passed away on Saturday, November 28th, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on January 31st, 1934 in Wichita Falls, TX to Willie and Panzy (Hodo) Fuller. He married Marilyn Hale on May 23, 1955 in Carnegie, OK. She preceded him in death in 2007. He then married Lavina Neilsen on September 11, 2010 in Heavener, OK. Weldon served his country in the U.S. Army. Weldon worked for Jarvis Furniture in Anadarko and retired from there after 29 1/2 years. He enjoyed traveling, especially to Branson, MO and going camping. He loved to sing and play the guitar at the jamboree's in Fort Smith and surrounding areas. He was a member of the Virginia Baptist Church in Anadarko, OK.

He is survived by: His wife, Lavina Fuller, of the home in Poteau, OK, 2 sons: Ken Fuller, Woodward, OK, Randy Fuller, Anadarko, OK, 2 daughters: Cheryl Wood, Duncan, OK Theresa Steelman, Heavener, OK, 5 sisters; Ruth Mabry, Carnegie, OK, Dorothy Martin, Chickasha, OK, Wanda Grubbs, Chickasha, OK, Merle Oliphant, Chickasha, OK, Linda Curry, Arkansas, 8 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marilyn, 4 brothers and 8 sisters.

Graveside services: 2:00 pm., Wednesday, December 2, 2015

Marilyn Ann [Hale] Fuller
1934 ~ 2007


Graveside services for Marilyn Ann Fuller, 73, of Anadarko will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 23, 2007 at the Carnegie Cemetery with Pastor Mike Steelman officiating.

Marilyn was born August 8, 1934 in Anadarko and died Monday, August 20, 2007 in Poteau after a lengthy illness.

She attended Carnegie Public Schools. She was united in marriage on May 21, 1955 to Weldon Fuller at the Nazarene Church in Carnegie. They were married 52 wonderful years. To this union four children where born whom she loved very much. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and especially enjoyed her trips to Branson, Missouri. She was a member of the Virginia Avenue Baptist Church in Anadarko. Marilyn will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John.

She is survived by her her husband, Weldon, of the home; two sons, Randy Fuller of Lexington and Ken Fuller and wife, Sheila, of Weatherford; two daughters, Cheryl Wood and husband, Andrew, of Duncan and Theresa Steelman and husband, Mike of Heavener; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be held under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Anadarko.
