Floyd H. Azlin
1911 ~ 1975


Funeral services for Floyd H. Azlin, 64, of Carnegie, were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Carnegie Church of the Nazarene. He died Wednesday in the Carnegie Hospital. Rev. Bob Williams officiated and burial was in Carnegie Cemetery under direction of the Pitcher Funeral Home.

Azlin was born March 3, 1911 in Oklahoma. He was married October 14, 1939 in Wichita Falls, Tex. Azlin had lived in Carnegie 16 years, and formerly worked as a truck driver for Halliburton Oil Co., in Duncan. He was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his widow, Helen of the home; three sons, Billie Myrl of Oxnard, Calif., and Floyd Wayne and Larry Joe, both of the home; six daughter, Mrs. Jackie Edwards of Carnegie, Mrs. Betty Lorene Welch of Hobart, Mrs. Kay Brierton of Lawton, Mrs. Jean Wilson of Houston, Tex., Louise Azlin of Anaheim, Calif., and Patricia of the home, and 13 grandchildren.
