August 17, 1926 ~ January 8, 1990


Albert- Services for Bertie D. Mandell, 63, of Albert will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Oney Baptist Church with the Rev. L. L. Gillingham officiating and the Rev. J. A. Munson, pastor assisting.

Bertie Delma Mandell was born August 17, 1926 in Stigler and died Monday in a Lawton hospital.

She worked a number of years as a licensed vocational nurse.

She grew up in the Stigler area and was a graduate of Keota High School.

She married Lloyd Mundell March 2, 1946 in Fort Smith, Ark

She and her husband lived in Stigler and then lived in California 30 years. They moved to Albert in 1986.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one grandaughter.

Survivors include her husband of the home; three sons, Dan of Oklahoma City, Kelsey Reed of Lawton and Mike of Albert; one brother, Paul Callahan of Graham, Texas; one sister, Eva Lou Lundgren of Shafter, Calif.; five grand-children, and a great-grandson.

Burial will be in the Albert Cemetery under the direction of the Fort Cobb Funeral Home.

Danny Loyd Mundell passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 69

He was born December 11,1946 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Lloyd Vernon and Bertie Delma Callahan Mundell.

Danny married Kay Mundell on January 6, 2000 in Gainesville, Texas

Danny was a truck driver and a diesel mechanic.

He served in the Navy and served three tours in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans.

Danny is survived by his wife of the home, Kay Mundell; two daughters Shannon Ann McGrath and her husband Jared of Hartford, Kansas, and Cynthia Mundell of Florida. Six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Two brothers, Rick Mundell of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma and Michael Mundell of Albert, Oklahoma; one sister in law Flori Mundell of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma and a host of friends.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Bertie Callahan Mundell.

Services will be Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the Nazarene Church in Carnegie, Oklahoma with Rev. Jerry Tate officiating.

Burial will follow at the Oney Cemetery in Albert, Oklahoma.

Flori M. Mundell, 67, Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016. She was born on August 3, 1949 in Wichita Kansas.

Flori married Kelsey R. Mundell Sr. on March 9, 1968 in Glendora, California.

She was a Medical Transcriptionist for over 35 years.

Flori was a member of the Lost Cowboy Church in Gracemont, OK.

Survivors Include her husband of the home, Kelsey R, Mundell Sr., 2 Sons: Richard Alan Mundell and wife Kami, Lawton, OK, Kelsey Reed Mundell II and wife Mary, Burkburnett, TX, 7 Grandchildren: Charles Cantu, Anthony Cantu, Andrew Tewell, Kelsey Reed Mundell III, Austyn Mundell, Savanah Mundell, Sydney Mundell, 2 Brothers: Mike Gibson, McLoud, OK, Jerry Gibson and wife Karen , Edmond, OK Sister in law, Fern Lauderdale, McLoud, OK.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Father, 1 Sister, 1 Brother, Jimmy Lauderdale, 1 Daughter, Marsha Mundell.
