Dorothy Lavona McGuire, 53 of Emporia, Kansas, died Firday, March 29, 2013 in Emporia, Kansas.

Ms McGuire was born in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, the daughter of John and Dorothy McGuire.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John Franklin McGuire.

She is survived by seven brothers, Carl McGuire of Eldorado, Kansas, Chuck McGuire of Arizona, Jerry McGuire, Dallas, TX, John Lee McGuire, Lawrence, KS, Cecil Junior McGuire, Madison, KS, Robert Lee McGuire, Weatherford, OK and Raymond Jackson of Dennison, TX and a large extended family including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be a Fort Cobb Funeral Home in Fort Cobb, Monday, April 1, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Services will be at Oney Cemetery April 1, 2013, Monday, at 2:00 P.M.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fort Cobb Funeral Home in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma
