Freddie Theadore Andrews Jr
April 19th, 1920 ~ January 20, 2013


Fred T. Andrews, Jr., 92, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Sunday, January 20, 2013.

He was born on April 19th, 1920 in Wapanucka, OK to Fred Theodore and Zemuly [Guyton] Andrews.

He began his school years in Coleman, OK and then moved to Blair, OK while still in grade school. He attended school in Colony and graduated from Eakly High School in 1938.

He served our country in the U.S. Army during WWII.

He married Mary Frances McAnally on June 21, 1946 in Wheeler, TX. He was a farmer and owned a salvage yard. He loved to visit with friends, play dominoes and especially work on old cars. He was a member of the Oney Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and held the honor of being the oldest living member.

He is survived by: His wife, Mary Frances Andrews, of the home, 3 daughters and their spouses: Priscilla DiAnne Goergen and husband, Johnnie Chris, of Lewisville, TX, Pamela Gail Shaw and husband, Javan, of Alfalfa, OK, Patricia Dawn Beck and husband, Michael, of Okla. City, OK, 11 grandchildren: Chad Burkhart, Tanya & Rodney Craddock, Robbie & Marolyn Shaw, Jerod & Danielle Shaw, Megan & Chris Ashbaugh, Corey & Courtney Beck, Cody Beck, Hannah Beck, Holly Beck, Aubrey Beck and Aiden Beck, 6 great-grandchildren: Sarah Shaw, Micah Burkhart, Morgan Burkhart, Collin Shaw, Riley T. Beck and Wesson Shaw, 2 sisters: His twin sister; Fyrn E. Luekenga, Weatherford, OK, Mildred Hicks, Carnegie, OK, 2 sisters-in-law: Evelena McAnally, Ft. Cobb, OK, Ruth Reynolds and husband Norman, Lamar, AK

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother; Norman Andrews, 3 sisters; Jewel Jewell, Fay Reich, Gladys Palmore. One brother-in-law: Ira McAnally.

Funeral Services: 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, 2013
Oney Baptist Church, Oney, OK
Burial: Oney Cemetery, Oney, OK.

Services under the direction of Binger Funeral Home, Binger, OK.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Faith Hospice.
