Lois Faith Mitchell, known lovingly by family and friends as Faith, was born on March 1, 1965, in Durant, Oklahoma, and passed away on August 21, 2026, in the same beloved hometown. She lived her life with a gentle spirit, a kind heart, and a loving nature that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Faith was the wife of Wilson Mitchell, They got married on December 23rd, 1992, and together they shared a life marked by love, companionship, and devotion. She was also a stepmother to Leroy Mitchell and his wife Tifany of Cresaptown, Maryland, Bryan Mitchell andhis wife Tifany of Chickasha, Oklahoma, and April Miller. Her family was an important part of her life, and she held each of them close to her heart. She is survived by her brothers, David Williams and his wife Janice, and Michael Williams, as well as her sisters, Cindy Mersecchi and Rhonda Butler and husband Ricky. Faith was also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claudie and Dorthy, and by her three brothers, James Roy Williams, Marvin Day Williams, and Doyle White Jr. Their memory remained a part of her life and the family story she carried with grace.

Faith spent many years working hard and serving others with dedication. She was a cook at Ken's Pizza for 21 years and later worked at Alliance Hospital for 20 years. In both places, she was known for her reliability, her strong work ethic, and the care she showed in everything she did. Her presence in the workplace reflected the same qualities she carried throughout her life, and she was respected by those who worked alongside her. Faith understood the value of hard work, and she gave her best in every role she held.

Outside of work, Faith found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life. She loved going to church and the casino, she enjoyed being with her puppy, a companion who brought her happiness and comfort. Family nights were especially dear to her, and she treasured the time spent together with those she loved most. These moments reflected what mattered most to Faith, and they revealed the depth of her devotion to the people and blessings in her life.

Those who knew Faith will remember her as kind and loving, words that truly described the way she lived each day. She had a way of making others feel welcome and cared for, and her kindness left a lasting impression. Her loving nature was evident in her relationships, her work, and her everyday actions. Faith's life was a testament to the beauty of a compassionate heart and the strength found in a life lived with sincerity and love.

Faith's passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who loved her, but her memory will continue to live on in the lives she touched. Her family and friends will carry forward the lessons of her kindness, her devotion, and her love of family.
