Loretta Taylor Mullens

Loretta Mullens, a resident of Colbert, Oklahoma, passed from this life on July 16, 2018 at the age of 84. She was the daughter of Ernest and Faye (Bridges) Taylor, born April 10, 1934. Loretta married Virgil "Buster" Mullens in Calera, Oklahoma on November 24, 1951. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting.

Mrs. Mullens is survived by her daughters, Vickie Raney and husband Kenneth of Denison, Texas and Jo Ann Fontz and husband Ronnie of Denison, Texas; son, Donal Mullens and wife Debbie of Colbert, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Greg Cole of Colbert, Oklahoma, Amie Fontz of Denison, Texas, Rhonda Parks and husband Jimmy of Denison, Texas, and Daniel Mullens of Colbert, Oklahoma; nine great-grandchildren, , five great-great grandchildren and one sister, Doris Clemens of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Mullens was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Faye Taylor; and beloved husband Buster Mullens.

Family hour will be from 7-8:00 PM on Wednesday July 18th at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma. A graveside service will be at 10:00 AM Thursday July 19th at the Rosehill Cemetery in Calera, Oklahoma with Bro. Dwayne Spradling officiating.
