Ciara Paige Hobbs of Calera, OK entered her Heavenly home on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Oklahoma City at the age of 17. She was born on November 8, 2001 to Alan and Ladonna (Barkley) Hobbs.

Ciara has been a longtime resident of Calera and attended Calera High School. She was a member of Mead Church of Christ. A few of her favorite things to do were; listening to music, going to The District, road trips, boating, swimming, ATV riding, and shopping.

Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Ronald Barkley of Calera; Roy Hobbs of Rattan; Barbara Hobbs of Mead; and great grandfather Henry Ramos of Durant.

Loved ones left to cherish Ciara’s memory include her mother, Ladonna Hobbs and John Dulin of Calera, OK; father, Alan Hobbs and wife Tracie of Mead, OK; siblings, Eli Gallardo and Sienna Dulin of Calera, OK; grandparents, Judy Barkley of Calera, OK, Rick and Thelia Prentice of Coleman, OK, Joe and Janice Dulin of Glenpool, OK, Billie Deason of Howe, TX, and Gary Deason of Durant, OK; stepbrothers, Kyle Cothran and wife Joy of Caddo, OK, Tyler Cothran and wife Morgan of Buckeye, AZ along with other extended family members and many dear friends.

Services to honor Ciara will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the Calera Gym with Donny Simmons and Bud Amlin officiating with special speaker, Brenda Risner Smith. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery with Charles “Butch” Boucher, Steve Evans, Jerrell Prough, Terry Winship, Randy Persinger, Travis Finley, Mike Lawless, and Derek Proctor serving as pallbearers. Family night will be held Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Following the service, a meal will be provided for family and friends at the Jack Stockton Community Building in Calera.
