Delsie Vera Dooley of Durant, Oklahoma went home to be with her Lord on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the age of 88 years and 2 months at her residence. She was born on Thursday, February 26,1925 in Lone Oak, Oklahoma to Burrell Floyd and Maggie Lee (Luman) Bennett. Delsie married Tim Dooley on December 25, 1940 in Calera, Oklahoma. She was a member of the 1st Assembly of God and a homemaker.

Delsie was a baby sitter and enjoyed bingo.

Her survivors include her son, Charles Dooley and wife Mary of Roberta, Oklahoma; daughters, Jean Noltkamper and husband, David of Roberta, Oklahoma, Patty Luttrell and husband Ricky of Calera, Oklahoma, Linda Thomas of Roberta, Oklahoma, Wannell Gatlin and husband Cloyce of Mead, Oklahoma, Jodie Sipes of Marshall, Texas, Ronda Bauck and husband Warren of Durant, Oklahoma, Tammy Olendorff and husband Terry of St. Charles, Missouri and Tonya Ingram and husband Roy of Durant, Oklahoma; son, Richard Dooley and wife Michelle of Durant, Oklahoma; daughter, Lesa King and husband, Brent of Mead, Oklahoma. 27 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Dooley was preceded in death by her parents, Burrell and Maggie Bennett; husband, Tim Dooley; daughter, Jannell Crews.

Services for Mrs. Dooley will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Leon Haas officiating. Burial will be at the Rosehill Cemetery with Charles Bearden, Warren Bauck, Chucky Dooley, Timmy Dooley, David James Noltkamper, Brent King, Danny Noltkamper and Taylor Thomas serving as pallbearers. Family hour will be from 7 - 8 P.M. Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Holmes-Coffey- Murray Funeral Home. The family would like to send a special thanks to Victory Home Health and Hospice for the excellent care they gave our Mother.
