Graveside services for Bernard "Bernie" Bousseronde, 77, of Durant, who passed away Sunday, January 4, 2009, in the Four Seasons Nursing Center, Durant, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Rose Hill Cemetery Pavilion in Calera. Father Gonsalves will officiate.

Bernard was born Tuesday, May 12, 1931, in Montereau, France, to Roland Bousseronde and Olga.

Bernard, also known as "Bernie," was a longtime resident of Durant and was of the Catholic faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bernard is survived by sisters, Andree Dickinson and husband Glen, Rock Island, Illinois, and Michelle Chaumeil of Juichen, France and special friends, Larry and Gracie Robinson, Durant.

Family hour will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home.

Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
