James "Bruce" Sinor passed away peacefully on December 19, 2024, at the age of 64 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He was born on April 13, 1960, in Durant, Oklahoma, to Earnest and Shirley Faye (Skinner) Sinor.
Bruce was a man of unique character and unshakeable spirit. Despite the challenges that came with his disability, Bruce navigated life with a remarkable sense of independence and determination. He was known for his love of walking, a simple pleasure that brought him joy and freedom. Bruce had a unique way of interacting with the world around him. While he was not one to seek out the company of many people, he had a distinctive way of communicating and could, in his own way, persuade others to his way.
Those surviving Bruce are his mother Shirley Sinor of Hendrix, Oklahoma, and his siblings, sister Marcia Sinor of Calera, Oklahoma, and brother Steven Sinor of Kemp, Oklahoma, as well as his aunt Katrinka Skinner of Achille, Oklahoma. Bruce was preceded in death by his father Earnest Sinor, his uncles Larry Skinner, Bobby Dobbins, and James Sinor, his aunt Mary Dobbins, Carolyn (Grant) Sinor, and his grandparents Georgia and Bridge Skinner, and Cleatus and Beaula (Bone) Sinor.
