Lela Estalene Toler a former resident of Bokchito, Oklahoma joined her Savior in Heaven, on Wednesday May 24, 2017 in Divide, Colorado at the age of 86 years 2 months and 9 days. She was born on March 15, 1931 in Roby, Texas to Leroy and Gladys (Sluder) Early. Lela married Earl T. Toler in Sweetwater, Texas on November 6, 1948.

Lela was an active member of the 1st Baptist Church in Bokchito, Oklahoma for many years. She loved her God and enjoyed working, and praying with her church family. Lela was a stay at home mom till her sons left for college. She loved them, and grandchildren dearly. She was a member of the Eastern Star, serving the order for 24 years. Lela was very blessed, and grateful for the time she spent working in the medical field. She dedicated several years to working for the Cunningham Funeral Home and Flower Shop, her specialty was casket sprays. Lela and Earl enjoyed the times they worked together in the greenhouse, flying in their private air plane, and traveling.

Mrs. Toler is survived by her sons, Ron Toler of Divide, Colorado, and Douglas Toler, MD of Duncanville, Texas; grandchildren, Paul Toler of Divide, Colorado, Wesley Toler of Duncanville, Texas, Corissica Toler of Duncanville, Texas, and Rachel Toler of Divide, Colorado; sisters, Doris Jones of Odessa, Texas and June Conley of Sweetwater, Texas; cousins, Bill Early and wife Wanda of Snyder, Texas, Tommy Early and wife Joy of Snyder, Texas, Eva Mae Tate of Dumas, Texas and Geraldine Sterling and husband Herb of Campe Verda, Arizonia.

Mrs. Toler was preceded in death by her husband, Earl T. Toler; parents, Leroy and Gladys Early; and father and mother in-law, Cloy and Rosebud Toler.

A church service will be at 10:00 AM Friday June 2, 2017 at the Bokchito 1st Baptist Church in Bokchito Oklahoma with Bro. Preston Burns officiating.

Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Durant. The pallbearers will be Ryan White, David Owens, Dickie Deel, Scott Robinson, Bradley Houston, and Johnny Wingfield. The Honorary pallbearers are Jean Hull, Juanita Deel, Leona Reynolds, Reba Jones, Robbie Dudly, and Shirley Glover.
