Michael "Bubba" Wade Ables, Jr

August 14, 1985 - November 7, 2025

Michael "Bubba" Wade Ables Jr., age 40, a lifelong Atoka County resident. He was born on Wednesday, August 14, 1985, to Michael Wade and Pamela Renee (Hodge) Ables, at Dallas, TX. Michael passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Coleman High School. Michael was a Heavy Equipment Operator. He met his soulmate, Chrissy Porter on September 23, 2005 at U-Cross Rodeo Arena in Coleman, Ok.

Racing modified dirt track cars was his main hobby, he enjoyed working cows with his dad, working was something he enjoyed, and loved spending time with his family and friends.

Michael is survived by his soulmate, Chrissy Porter of the home in Caddo, OK; son, Hagen Ables of Caddo, OK; daughter, Haylie Ables of Caddo, OK; parents, Michael and Renee (Hodge) Ables of Coleman, OK; sister, Danielle Owen and husband Scotty of Caddo, OK; paternal grandmother, Laura Ables of Gurty, OK; maternal grandfather, LC Hodge of Archibald, LA; nieces, Hannah Owen of Caddo, OK, Harley Porter of Bennington, OK, Brylee Graham of Bennington, OK; nephew, Tristen Owen and wife Abby of Caddo, OK; great niece, Whitley Owen of Caddo, OK;

Numerous extended family, loved ones, and dear friends.

Michael is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jerry Dan Ables; maternal grandmother, Ruby Doris Yeates.
