Ida Mae Wines Bridges was born in Beloit,Kansas, on Thursday, June 26,1952, to Veatrice & Wilbur Wines, and passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the age of 73. Ida married Harlin Bridges on December 5,1966 in Grayson County.
Ida was preceded in death by husband Harlin, parents Veatrice & Wilbur Wines, brother Leslie Wines.
Ida was survived by son David Bridges & wife Karla, daughter Crystal Bridges & Jay Beauchamp, sister Sherry Bridges, brother Bud Wines & wife Vicki, grandchildren Tyler Bridges & wife Christy, Clinton Bridges & Kristin Brigman, Brandon Bridges & Ashley Layman, Christian Wakefield, Coalton Beauchamp,great grandchildren Audrey, Kylie, Kenzie, Chloe, Maggie, Pyper.
Ida worked several years at Snow White Cleaners and several years at Windy's Catfish before going to Nursing school at Kiamichi Vo-Tech, then working 20 plus years as a nurse helping and taking care of others. Ida loved camping, spending time at the lake, dancing with Harlin, playing cards, was a member of the Eastern Star, and loved most of all spending time with family.
A funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 10, 2026 in the Cunningham Funeral Home Chapel with Roger Speers Brother in Christ officiating. Family night will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday June 9, 2026 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Bridges, Clinton Bridges, Brandon Bridges, Windy Bridges, Hayden Bridges, Hunter Wines
Final resting place will follow the service in the Garden of Memory in Colbert, Oklahoma. The register book may be signed and condolences sent to the Family online @ cunninghamfuneralhomesok.com Arrangements are entrusted to Carl Cunningham and Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert Oklahoma
