Tommie Louise Folsom Robison

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, Old Church Bennington for Tommie Louise Robison of Bokchito, Oklahoma with Roger Speers and Jarmeiah LeFlore officiating. Interment will follow at Bennington Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Folsom, Jacob Hammond, Jim Hollingsworth, Larry Lightfoot, LeeRoy Pettyjohn, Verlon Robison and Jackie Folsom. Family Hour will be Thursday May 14, 2009 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Coffey~Murray Chapel.

Tommie was born on October 27, 1927 in Ladonia , Texas Born to Wilson & Leona (Lightfoot) Folsom She passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2009 in Bokchito, Oklahoma she married Charles L. Robison January 3, 1948 in Hugo, Oklahoma.

Tommie Louise was a retired teacher who taught in Texas, Colorado and Oklahoma she retired from the Silo School District. She enjoyed her chickens, She was a member of The Eastern Star and Past Worthy Matron,also a member of the New Bennington Presbysterian Church. She graduated from Bennington High School, attended Oklahoma Presbysterian College and she received her Master Degree from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her daughter Dona Beth McGee and husband William of Bennington, Oklahoma Grandchildren,Shawn McGee and wife Stephanie of Edmond, Oklahoma Natalie Fogle and husband Wesley of Bennington, Oklahoma Great-Grandchildren, Cati McGee of Edmond, Oklahoma, Luke McGee of Edmond, Oklahoma, C L Fogle of Bennington, Oklahoma Numerous Nieces and Nephews as well as many other relatives and friends.

Tommie was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband; Charles Robison on August 21, 2007, Grandson; Justin McGee, Brothers; J D & Randol Folsom, Sisters; Thelma Brese & Joy Hollingsworth. Family suggest memorials be made to Goodland Academy 1216 N 4200 Rd. Hugo, Oklahoma 74743.
