Wanda J. Sinclair was born May 7, 1931, at Hitchcock, Oklahoma, to Richard and Pauline (Fee) Crosley, and passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the age of 91.

Wanda was a resident of the Watonga community for some time. She attended Watonga schools and was a member of the Trinity First Baptist church in Watonga. She married the love of her life, Irvin Sinclair at the First Baptist Church in Watonga on February 26, 1948, and together they shared 70 years of marriage. In 1951, Wanda and Irvin moved to Southern California, where Wanda was a homemaker, taking care of her family; this was also where she completed her schooling and received her certification for cosmetology.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Irvin; one daughter, Karen; as well as two sisters.

She is survived by three sons, Jerry Sinclair, of Watonga, Oklahoma, Michael and Kathy Sinclair of Westminster, California, and Tim Sinclair of Watonga, Oklahoma; two sisters, Vera Ann Fordic, of Miami, Florida and Ricky Sue Ruffner, of Quincy, California; ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Public viewing for Wanda will be held Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Funeral services for Wanda will be held Thursday, January 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church in Watonga, Oklahoma with Pastor Joe De La Garza officiating. Burial will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, with Wilkinson Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
