Mina Lee (Haworth) Green
February 29, 1936 ~ October 7, 2021

Mina Lee Green was born February 29th, 1936, at Mutual, Oklahoma to Dutch and Tillie Haworth and passed away October 7, 2021, at the age of 85.

Mina was a resident of the Watonga community for 27 years, where she was a homemaker. She attended and graduated from Watonga High School and was a member of the Watonga Christian Church. She was married to Lewis Green at Columbia, Alabama on December 7th, 1979.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dutch and Tillie Haworth; two sisters, Cleta Bittle and Linda Scheurer; her eldest son, Wayne Scheurer, as well as one grandson, Colten Huff.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis Green, of the home in Watonga, Oklahoma.

Three sons……………………. Tim Green of Orlando, Florida; Lelan Scheurer of California; Jeffrey Scheurer and wife, Sherry, of Dothan, Alabama.

Two daughters……………… Patricia Green, of Charleston, South Carolina and Tracy Scheurer-Logan, and husband, Kelly, of Watonga, Oklahoma.

Fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 13th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Watonga Christian Church with Rev. Adam Lovitt officiating. Burial will follow, at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, with Wilkinson Mortuary in charge arrangements.
