On Monday last at the home of his sister Mrs. Roy Caton, George Block son of Philip and Muskogee Block died of Consumption at the age of twenty two years. George had been in Arizona for a few months in hopes of the climate benefiting his health but he grew worse and a short time ago he returned home to spend his last days with relatives. George was born and grew to manhood near Watonga. He was a bright young man and his early death is regretted by many friends.
