Martha A. Boston

January 11, 1871 ~ September 19, 1931

Martha A. Boston was born in Clay County, Mo., January 11, 1871 and died at the General hospital at Enid, Okla. September 19, 1931, after an illness of two months.  

At the age of three years, she, with her parents, moved to Oklahoma in 1893 and located in the Cherokee Strip.  In 1915 she moved to Texas Co., Oklahoma where she resided until her last illness.  

She united with the Christian Church in 1895.

Her mother, father and one sister preceded her in death.

Those living to mourn her departure are four brothers: Marion C Boston, Homestead; Harley R. Boston, Southard ; D. T. Boston, Texhoma; and Robert C. Boston, Longdale, Okla.  

Funeral services were conducted by C W. Long, pastor of Canton Christian church, Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.  Burial in Cherryvale cemetery. Lois, Mary, Jewel Waggoner and Berniece McMichael brought a message of comfort in songs.
