GARY CARL SNOW


ENID - Gary Carl Snow was born Oct. 28, 1940, in Fairview to Carl Leslie and Nettie Mae Snow. He departed this life Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, in Los Angeles, Calif., where he and his wife Aggie had resided for the past 25 years.

Gary was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Aggie (Agnes) Snow on Aug. 4, 2010; his parents; sister, Carol Joan Brittain; brother, Monte Dean Snow; and nephew, Charles Brittain, Jr.

Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Maye King and husband Ron of Bella Vista, Ark., and Carla Joanne May of Wichita, Kan.; four grandchildren, Brian Raye Walker and wife Ruth of Wichita, Kan., Shawn Michael May of Wellington, Kan., Kirstin Aleene May of Wichita, Kan., and Mary Margaret May of Conway Springs, Kan.; one stepgrandchild, Ronnie Benjamin King of Hesston, Kan.; niece, Cheryl Tillman and husband Greg of Andover, Kan.; and nephew, Craig Brittain of Wichita, Kan.

Visitation will be held 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at Haigler -Pierce Funeral Home , Canton. Funerals for Gary and Aggie will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010, at Canton Christian Church with Steve Driskill officiating. Interment will follow in Canton Cemetery. Arrangements by Haigler -Pierce Funeral Home , Canton.
