Johnny Keith "Cornbread" Green
April 14, 1960 ~  April 1, 2024

Johnny Keith "Cornbread" Green was born April 14, 1960 to Albert and Daisy Green at Clinton, Oklahoma. He departed this life April 1, 2024 at his home in Canton, Oklahoma.

Johnny graduated in 1979 from Canton High School. He worked for Viola Rauh, John Caywood and Roger Brown over the years, helping with their farming and ranch operations. He loved spending time with family and friends, drawing, playing ball and farming. Johnny had a big heart and was always willing to help where he could.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Daisy Green; three sisters, Alberta Deason, Carol Green and Myra Gould; one brother, Rupert Green; a niece, Amy Gould; Johnny is survived by one sister, Adrianna Gould of Mustang, Oklahoma; one brother, Jimmy Gould of Longdale, Oklahoma; one son, Timothy Scott of Canton, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews, Cynthia Matthews, Nikki Harris, Donna Taylor, Feather Lucas, Amanda Gould, Danielle Burchett, Lesley Burchett, Jessica Thunderbull, Kasey Biffle, Tosha Maldonaldo, James Gould, Jose Wanzer, Rick Gonzalez, Perry Gould, Eliah Burchett, Justin Burchett and Travis Burchett; numerous grand kids.

Wake services will be held from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday evening, April 7, 2024 at the Canton Emergency Response Center with Reverend Jim Scott and Brian Scott officiating. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 8, 2024 at the same venue with interment to follow at Canton Cemetery.
