Twila Dean Frazer was born June 29, 1959 at Watonga, Oklahoma. She departed this life on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at her home in Woodward, Oklahoma.
Twila grew up going to Isabella country school before attending Fairview high school. She waited tables at the “Mug and Jug” and also enjoyed camping at Canton Lake and driving around in her little red Ford pinto. The Farrington family became her lifelong friends and she shared many memories with Rex, Linda, and Jeane.
While camping at Canton Lake she met Johnny Frazer and married Johnny on June 7, 1980 at Canton Lake Longdale shelter and they stayed in Colorado Springs for their honeymoon.
Twila and Johnny created a home on their farm in the Orion community. Twila's hobby was photography and was told often that her photographs should be in calendars and magazines. Her pictures captured the beauty always found in life. Twila had a strong passion for God’s creatures and wildlife conservation. She planted redbud trees on the farm and along with her husband always made sure the wildlife had a water source. Sensing her caring heart most animals trusted her and quickly became pets, even some of the cows on the farm were tamed by her. Her faithful companion while Johnny went to work was her dog Bruno. Twila’s second passion was education and she collected books for her at home library and often gave them as gifts to friends and family.
Twila was preceded in death by her mother Claire (Koehn) Warner; and her husband Johnny Frazer; Survivors include one daughter, Tylee Frazer; two grandchildren, Atlee Fuller and Andrew John Fuller; two sisters, Wynona and Gloria; several nieces and nephews and extended family.
