Thomas D. Allinger

 July 25, 1906 ~ May 31, 1995

A former resident, Thomas D. Allinger, went to be with our Lord, on Wednesday, May 31, 1995, at Quail Ridge Living Center in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma.

Mr. Allinger was born July 25, 1906 at Cedar Hill, New Mexico. His parents were William Thomas and Harriet Soffra Allinger.

He made his home several years in Anchorage, Alaska. He also resided in Oliverhurst, California; Canton, Oklahoma; and Cheyenne, Oklahoma. His final days was spent at West Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

He was a self educated man, wrote some for the Canton paper, worked in Civil Service, was a minister of the gospel and in earlier days, he worked as a blacksmith and a carpenter.

He was much loved.

Among those he left behind were former wife but long time friend Rachel Bozarth of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Huey and Carol Aymond of Cheyenne; daughter and son-in-law, Bob and Audrey Womack of California; daughter and son in-law, Allen and June Carden; and daughter and son in law of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The grandchildren who he was very special to are Rachel Aymond Thid of Lousiana; April Aymond of Arkansas; Thomas Oliver of Arkansas; James Oliver, Arkansas; Lisa Oliver Hollen of Arkansas; Robert Womack, Tennessee; Beverly Womack Henry, Oklahoma; Rick Womack, California; Pam Womack Hyman, Oklahoma; Robert Dindles, Oklahoma; and twenty two great grandchildren.

Mr. Allenger was cremated by Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Graveside services in Canton, Oklahoma are going to be at 2:00 p.m., July 9, 1995.
