Herbert M. Sanve, a retired stockman, died February 9, 1963 following a two year illness at the home of his sister, Mrs. Edith Cox of Grimes.

Services were held at the community building at Grimes on February 11, 1963 with Rev. Glenn Fincher officiating.

Mr. Sanve was born April 5, 1908 at Grimes.

He was formerly with the OK Transfer company in Elk City and was a trucker for Thermoil Company of Elk City.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Edith Cox of Grimes; and Mrs. Lilian Casady of LaJunta, Colorado; his mother, Mrs. Edlizabeth Sanve of Grimes; and a brother Edward L. of Cheyenne; as well as numerous friends.

Interment was in the Wayland cemetery, Elk City, Beckham County, Oklahoma with Scroggins and Son Funeral Home in charge.
