Elsie E. Nichols of Cheyenne died Sunday, Feb. 11, 1990, at the Cheyenne Convalescent Home. She was 86.
Services will be Wed., Feb. 14, 1990 at 10 a.m. at the Cheyene Pentecostal Holiness Church with Willard Cox and Mark Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel of Cheyenne.
She was born Jan. 19, 1904 in the Happy Holler community south of Cheyenne to Lemuell and Ida Bell Ivie.
She attended the Needmore school. She was a babysitter to numerous people in the community and took care of her sisters, Ethel and Myrtle.
On March 5, 1962, she married Bael F. Nichols at Erick. They returned to Cheyenne to make their home.
She was a member of the Cheyenne Penticostal Holiness for a number of years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two sisters and six brothers.
She is survived by her husband Bael of the home, one sister, Myrtle Daniels of Cheyenne, and other relatives and friends.
