Latrisha Dawn Gartin was born December 16, 1994 in Socorro, New Mexico. She passed away May 23, 2014 at Rocky, Oklahoma at the age of 19 years, 5 months and 7 days.

Dawn lived in Chicago, Illinois and Plainview, Texas before moving to Carter, Oklahoma in 2007 to live with her second mom, Jennifer Cartwright. She attended school at Merritt and was currently working at R & R Convenience Store. She loved concerts and hanging out with her friends.

She was currently attending Prairie View Baptist Church.

She is survived by her Mother and Step Father, Geneva Leal and husband, Jesus, Plainview, TX; Second Mom, Jennifer Cartwright, Carter, OK; Brothers and Sisters, Colby Gartin, Wynnewood, OK; Kelton Phillips, Kollen Phillips and Brianna Cartwright, all of Carter, OK; Grandparents, Gail Roberts, Plainview, TX; Grandfather, Orby Gibson, Portales, NM, Pam and Rick Phillips, Carter, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.
