JoNell White was born April 16, 1940 in Hannable, Missouri to Gertrude and Jack Pulley. She passed away November 9, 2006 at Reydon, Oklahoma at the aged of 66 years, 6 months and 23 days.

She grew up in Savanna, Missouri and graduated from Savanah High School. After graduation she moved to Nebraska where she spent a few years before moving back to Missouri. In the early 70's she moved to Strong City, Sayre and finally Reydon where she was married to Leroy White on September 17, 1990. After their marriage they continued to resided in Reydon. JoNell was a homemaker and enjoyed painting, raising dogs, sewing, and playing the piano and guitar.
She was a member of the Reydon Community church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Leroy White, of the home; 2 daughters, Shannon Brock, Reydon, OK and Danita Shewmaker, Elk City, OK, Brandon White and wife Kristina, Elk City, OK, Jake Brock, Reydon, OK and Chase Shewmaker, St. Joseph, MO; 1 great granddaughter, Shaylie Jo Carter; 2 brothers, John and Mike Pulley and a host of relatives and friends.

Services were held on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Reydon Community Church officiated by Rev. Alberta Helton.

Burial was at Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral service.
