Peggy Sue (Cline) Farni was born in Springfield, Missouri on May 7, 1958 to Brenda Martha and James P. (Bud) Cline.

She went home to her heavenly Father on October 14, 2017 after a long battle with ALS. During her battle she was surrounded by family, friends, and her beloved little dogs.

She had two sisters, Darlene the oldest, and Laurie the youngest. Peggy attended Willard Schools of Willard, MO. She moved to Elk City in 1981, and received her cosmetology license from Aladdin Beauty College in Clinton, Oklahoma. In 1984 she met the love of her life, Carl Farni, and got married in 1988. She then became a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. Peggy and her husband operated an oilfield business until 2007. During that time Peggy and Carl were blessed with three children, Anthony, Jacob and Kaitlin. Peggy and her family enjoyed going to church, vacations, boating on various lakes, raising cattle and just having fun. She loved her family, was very active with her children at all of their school activities, and many events. She was known for her no bake cookies that she made as class parents at the basketball games and taking care of any child in need. She had great love and empathy in her heart.
