Longtime resident of Sayre, OK, Eva Maye Brewer passed from this life with family surrounding her September 14, 2021, at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 25 days in Elk City, OK. 

Eva was born November 20, 1958, in Sayre, OK, to her parents John and Alma (Sweet) Hall. Eva married Jasper Brewer May 7, 1977, in Sayre, OK. She has been a loyal and dedicated employee of Sagebrush in Sayre serving as a program coordinator.  Eva enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and traveling.  She also enjoyed cooking, dancing and visiting the casinos.  Eva’s greatest joy was cooking and spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed by many, especially the Sayre community.

Although Eva is no longer with us, her memory and legacy will be kept alive through the family and friends she leaves behind which include her husband:  Jasper Brewer of the home, 2 sons:  John and wife Tamara Brewer of Elk City, OK, Jared and wife Ashley Brewer of Sayre, OK; 5 grandchildren:  Alissa, Hunner, Colin, Dillon and Riley Brewer; as well as a host of other relatives, longtime friends and neighbors.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, September 20, 2021, at Lone Oak Cemetery with Eric Easter officiating.
