Brock Anthoney Downs was born September 2, 1994 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Sonya Kay (Loyd) and Jimmy Dale Downs. He passed away August 14, 2018 at Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 23 years, 11 months and 12 days.
 

Brock grew up in Elk City where he attended school. He worked at Advantage Audio, Red Bone Fishing Services and Tompkins Trucking. He was currently a truck driver hauling frac sand for T and T Services. Brock loved to ride and mechanic on motorcycles. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, camper and loved any type of water sports. Brock always had a smile, always was willing to help someone in need and was known for his love for his family.


He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dale Downs and his great grandparents, Granny and Pappy Hawthorne.
 

He is survived by his fiance, Lacie Tompkins, 2 sons, Jaxon Hughes and Braxton Downs, all of the Foss home, his parents, Jimmy and Sonya Downs, Elk City, 2 sisters, Britney Hardin and husband, Aaron, Stillwater, OK; Ashley Hargrove and husband, Derrick, Ft. Smith, AR; 1 brother, Grant Ray, Elk City, OK; Paternal grandmothers, Helen Boydston, Linda Downs, both of Spiro, OK; maternal grandparents, Jackie and Clifford Loyd, Elk City, OK; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Bobbie Kaye Tompkins, Foss, OK; their parents, Jimmie and Bobbie Noblitt, Elk City, OK; 5 Nephews, Gavin, Nathan, A. J., Dylan and Alex; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to a memorial fund in Brock's name at Great Plains National Bank, Elk City.
