Chelsea Cummings was born October 3, 1998 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Sharon Kay and Michael Dale Cummings. She passed away April 12, 2015 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 16 years, 6 months and 9 days.

Chelsea grew up in Elk City and was currently a sophomore at Elk City High School. She devoted her life to helping other people and spending time with her friends. Chelsea loved the outdoors and was the manager of the freshman softball team. She also attended the Lincoln Teen Center and The Way Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ray and Earlene Cummings and Joe B. and Eliska Marshall.

She is survived by her parents, Mike and Sharon Cummings, of the home; 3 sisters, Melissa Cummings, Michelle Cummings, both of the home and Jo Ellen Marshall, Duncan, OK; 6 nieces, 5 nephews and of those she was especially close to Brianna Marshall and Ethan Cummings and Jeremy Barnes. She is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
