Pearley was born July 12, 1932, to her parents, Hester Earl and Mary Ethel (Snider) West in Carter, OK. Pearley grew up in Valley View, TX, moved to California for a few years and returned to Erick, OK, in 1957 where she called home.  In 1949 Pearley and Tommie “Pete” were married in Sayre, OK.  Pearley loved to dance and being a homemaker.  Many wonderful memories were made spending time around the dinner table eating and laughing.  She will be dearly missed and every memory cherished. Although

Pearley is no longer with us, her memory and legacy will be kept alive through the family and friends she leaves behind which include her  1 daughter:  Patricia Daniels of Erick, OK; 1 brother:  Wayne West of Elk City, OK;  2 sisters:  Shirley Crosby of Erick, Ok, Bonnie Flanagan of Erick, OK; 2 daughter in laws:  Beverly Perkins and Joy Mayfield of Erick, OK;  9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and longtime friends.

Pearley is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Tommie "Pete" O’Neal Mayfield, 2 sons:  Donnie and Gary Mayfield, 1 daughter:  Barbara Sue Mayfield, 1 brother:  Ronnie West, 2 sisters:  Ethel “Deanie” Babcok and Lorena Greer.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Erick First Baptist Church with Pastor Charlie Floyd officiating.  Interment will follow at Erick Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2021, from 5:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM at Rose Chapel, Sayre.
