Billie Mack Anderson was born on July 8, 1929 to George and Marie (Cox) Huffman in Crystal Falls, TX. She passed on June 5, 2026 in Sayre, OK at the age of 96 years, 10 months, 28 days.


She lived in Eliasville, TX until the family moved to Sayre, OK. Billie married Bill Anderson and to this union one son was born Donald. They made their home in Turpin, OK and she worked on the farm at Turpin Ranch. She eventually made her home in Sayre, OK were she resided until her passing. Billie was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sayre, OK since 1984.

In her spare time, Billie enjoyed yard work, flowers, and gardening. She had a green thumb and could grow about anything. Her favorite friend was Cody, a cockatiell bird. Cody could always be found riding on her shoulders inside and outside of the house. Cody loved grooming Billie as he rode on her shoulder.


She is preceded in death by her husband Bill Anderson, son Donald Anderson, parents George and Marie Huffman, brother Clarence Huffman.


Billie is survived by best friend LaDonna Broddrick; special friends Alex Fowler, Jim and Nancy Sanders, Alan and Jerri Headrick, Marlene Breeze, and Carol Hobbick, Shiela Mullins.


LaDonna Broddrick would like to thank Vital Care Hospice of Elk City and Hensley Nursing Home staff for their loving kindness shown towards Billie.
