Earlene Brimer was born February 1, 1946 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Mildred Teresia and Earl Lawson Dorsey. She passed away October 2, 2014 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years, 8 months and 1 day.

Earlene grew up in Sayre where she attended school, graduating in 1964. She went on to Beauty School in Oklahoma City before returning to Sayre. She worked for several salons before opening her own business in 1968, Earlene's Hair Salon, which she operated for 40 years. Earlene was married to T. J. Brimer at Sayre, OK on September 1, 1978 and they made their home north of the Hext community. She enjoyed going on trips with her girlfriends and traveling to the mountains with her family, though her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, Luther and Dale Dorsey.

She is survived by her daughter, J'Lene Holley and husband, James, Erick, OK; 2 grandchildren Garrett and Paynen Holley: a brother, Kenneth Dorsey and a special brother, Bert Cortes, both of Oklahoma City, OK; her sisters-in-law, Doris Dorsey, Corpus Christi, TX, Rita Brimer, Tucson, AZ, Sue Jones and husband, Shelby, Woodward, OK, Judy Goldstrom and husband, John, Duncan, OK; brothers-in-law, Dale Brimer and wife, Theresa, Erick, OK, Jackie Brimer and wife, Kay, Sayre, OK and Gary Brimer, Sayre, OK; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
