BORN:    AUGUST 26, 1909 AT TUSHKA, OK TO JAMES EDWARD AND NORA (COCHRAN) LENNING.
 
PASSED AWAY:   THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1995 AT ATOKA COLONIAL MANOR.
AGE:   86 YEARS  1 MONTH  AND  23 DAYS.
 
EDUCATION:   ATTENDED SCHOOL AT STAR.
 
MARRIED:   ORVEL R. MEEKS ON SEPTEMBER 18, 1926 AT DENISON, TX.
 
OCCUPATION:    FOR 32 YEARS SHE WAS POSTMISTRESS OF TUSHKA, RETIRING IN 1976.
 
CHURCH AFFILIATION:    MEMBER OF TUSHKA BAPTIST CHURCH WHERE SHE TAUGHT SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL HER HEALTH BEGAN FAILING.
 
SHE WAS A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE TUSHKA HOME DEMONSTRATION CLUB.

GRANDDAUGHTERS:    LINDA DOOLEN, NANCY COPELAND, SUE CHRISTANELLI, AND GAYLA ALFORD.
