BORN:    JANUARY 26, 1920 IN ATOKA COUNTY, OK TO JOHN JOSEPH AND EULA MAE (PROCTOR) GRIFFIN.
 
PASSED AWAY:   MONDAY, AUGUST 28, 1995 AT FT. SMITH, ARKANSAS.
AGE:   75 YEARS    7 MONTHS  AND  2 DAYS.
 
EDUCATION:   THOMAS ATTENDED TUSHKA SCHOOLS, GRADUATING FROM TUSHKA HIGH SCHOOL IN 1940.
 
MARRIED:     ALEATHIA YOUNG ON AUGUST 17, 1946 AT ATOKA, OK.
 
OCCUPATION:    WORKED SOME 30 YEARS FOR CROWN CENTRAL PETROLEUM REFINERY IN HOUSTON, TX AS REFINERY STILLMAN, RETIRING IN 1982.
 
CHURCH AFFILIATION:    FAITHFUL MEMBER OF THE WALDRON, ARKANSAS CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESS.   HE ATTENDED WATCHTOWER KINGDOM MINISTRY SCHOOL.
 
THOMAS AND ALEATHIA ATTENDED MANY CONVENTIONS AND LOVED TO TRAVEL. THOMAS WAS AN AVID GARDENER, RAISING GOOD STRAWBERRIES.  HE WAS QUITE A TALKER AND LOVED TO REMINISCE ABOUT OLD TIMES.

SON:   WAYNE ALAN GRIFFIN AND WIFE DELORES OF LITTLE ROCK, AR.
 
DAUGHTER:    PATTI VILLEGAS AND HUSBAND TIM OF FT. SMITH, AR.
 
SISTERS:   RUBY DURBIN OF ATOKA, OK.
                     DELPHILENE JOHNSON OF ATOKA, OK.
                     DOROTHY SMITHART OF DURANT, OK.
 
BROTHERS:    CECIL GRIFFIN OF OKLAHOMA CITY .
                           JOE GRIFFIN OF ATOKA, OK.
 
     PRECEDED IN DEATH BY
 
PARENTS:   JOHN AND EULA MAE GRIFFIN.
