Ronald Gene Bayles

August 22, 1962 – February 25, 2026

Ronald Gene Bayles, age 63, a longtime Atoka, OK resident. He was born on Wednesday, August 22, 1962, to John Marion and Margie Marie (Moore) Bayles, at Oklahoma City, OK. Ronald passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Durant, OK. He graduated from Stringtown High School with the class of 1980. Ronald worked at OK Steel and Wire in Madill for 9-10 years, ran a road grader in Atoka County and worked on oil rigs in his early years. In Ronald's early years he attended the Pentecostal Church in Stringtown. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, back roading, playing the guitar, writing songs and singing, playing golf and dominoes and being very competitive where he would get "the look" and loved spending time with the grandchildren.

Ronald is survived by his daughters, Brenda Coronilla of McAlester, OK, Dana Caves and husband Dustan of Lane, OK, Deanna Lane and husband William of Atoka, OK, Jessica Benson and husband James of Atoka, OK, Lanaya Wallace of Paris, TX; grandchildren, Dayton Caves, Drew Caves, Danika "Strawberry Shortcake" Caves, Gavin Lane, Drake Termin, Korben Barton, Rylan Lane, Izabella Benson, Peyton Benson, Skyler Benson, Tristan "Frog" Benson, Teagan Benson, Jonathan Delcid, Thomas Delcid, Ruben Yanez, Michael Williams, Brooklynn Moore, Za'Keriea Wallace, Kelis Wright, Ka'Leah Wright, Aizlynn Wallace; great grandchildren, Octavia Mathews, Kenzo Mathews, Nola Yanez; mother of Dana Caves, Daphne Bailey; siblings, Tommy Bayles of Stringtown, OK, Mary Bradford and husband Cliff of Lane, OK, David Bayles and wife Sherry of Stringtown, OK; aunt, Louise Moore and daughter Kathryn Moore; along with aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, John Marion and Margie Marie (Moore) Bayles; sisters, Terry McCarty, Jennifer Bayles; brother, John Bayles.
