Donnie Earl Henagar of Centerpoint Oklahoma passed from this life on August 1, 2025, at the age of 79, after battling cancer and pneumonia.
Donnie was born on April 1, 1946 in Tempe, Arizona to Ben and Flora (Moss) Henagar. He attended Atoka High School and joined the United States Navy at the age of 17. He married his sweetheart, Patsy Martin on March 10, 1971 and they created a beautiful family together. Donnie loved helping others and his generosity knew no bounds. He would give the shirt off of his back to anyone in need. He got a kick out of joking with all his nieces, as he was much prettier than they were. He also loved the outdoors and spent time hunting, fishing, camping, and riding 4-wheelers. Most of all, Donnie cherished the time he spent with his family.
He was talented in many areas such as a jet aircraft mechanic for Tinker Air Force Base, carpentry, trucking, helped build the Alaskan pipeline, but spent most of his years working for the Oklahoma State Prison System, from which he retired.
