PASSED AWAY:   MONDAY, APRIL 17, 1995 AT ATOKA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
AGE:   83 YEARS   1 MONTH AND  19 DAYS.
 
MARRIED:   MONZEL BUTLER IN 1931 AT ATOKA,  SHE LATER MARRIED ROBERT OFFIELD IN 1949.
 
OCCUPATION:    RUTH WAS A HOUSEWIFE AND HOMEMAKER.
 
CHURCH AFFILIATION:    SHE WAS A JEHOVAH'S WITNESS 
 
     SURVIVED BY
 
SON:   MARLAND M. BUTLER OF FARRIS, OK.
 
DAUGHTER:    BETTY WILSON OF PASADENA, TX.
